Sales
Lab Tested Databases are sold to either individual clubs or
secretaries for their use. The programs can be used by any club, but only
the purchasing club's or individual's version will be supported. Multiple
events can be handled simultaneously.
Any
existing exhibitor and dog information (in another database format, Word or
Excel) will be transferred to the program's database at no charge. Once
your payment and existing data, if any, are received, you will be notified by
email when your version can be
downloaded from your own page on this website.
Payment can be made via check, credit card, or PayPal.

Payment by credit card: FAX credit card info to Lab Tested Databases using form FAX form for payment by credit card
Payment by PayPal: Send fee to Lab Tested Databases using carolyn@labtesteddatabases.com as the address to send to.
Credit card or PayPal payment includes an additional 5% surcharge to cover the processing fee.
